BLK.FIER is an event produced by Favrs, LLC ("we", "us"). Last updated September 19, 2026.
What we collect
When you join the list, apply to vend, or enquire about sponsoring on blkfier.com, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number, business name, and message. We also record the time you submitted it, the page you were on, and your device's IP address and browser type, which we use to stop spam and abuse.
If you buy a ticket, the ticketing provider collects your payment details. We never see your full card number.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for: event dates, ticket on-sale windows, and event-day logistics, by email and, only if you opted in, by text message.
- To reply to vendor applications and sponsor enquiries.
- To run the event: checking tickets at the gate, counting attendance, and reporting aggregate numbers (never your name) to partners and sponsors.
Text messages
You only receive texts from BLK.FIER if you ticked the text-message box on our form with your mobile number, or texted our keyword to our number. Message frequency varies (a few messages a season). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to store submissions, send email, and send text messages on our behalf. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
List sign-ups stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Vendor and sponsor enquiries are kept for the event cycle they relate to and the one after.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@blkfier.com.
Photos and video
BLK.FIER is photographed and filmed. By attending you may appear in photos and video used to document and promote the event. If you would like a specific image taken down, email us and we will do our best.
